Patent and Trademark Attorney of the Republic of Belarus, since 2008

The main field of professional interest: acquisition and maintenance of the rights on inventions, industrial designs, utility models, trade marks both in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, patent search, preparation of conclusions on industrial property objects’ patentability, preparation of complaints and objections for the Board of Appeal of the National Center of Intellectual Property.

Victoria Emelianova has the Certificate of the National Center of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus acknowledging completion of the training course “Patent Information and Patent Research”.

She has been working for LLC “LexPatent” as an engineer on patent activities. Leads the group on acquisition and maintenance of the rights on industrial property objects.

Education: The Belarusian State University, Analytical Chemistry, 1999. The State Russian Academy of Intellectual Property, 2012.

Has a good command of English.
