Mr. Kudashov is a Doctor of Economic Science, a professor, a member of the Belarusian Engineering Academy, and a Eurasian patent attorney. Since 1972 has been engaged in the field of acquisition of the rights to inventions, technology transfer and know-how. In different times he worked as a head of the patent and license activity department of the Physicotechnical Institute of the Belarusian Soviet Socialistic Republic, a head of the chair of Research and Development Activity of the Belarusian Polytechnical Institute. He was also a professor of the chair of the Belarusian National Technical University.
1992-1997 – a chairman of the Belarusian Patent Office under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus,
1997-2001 – a chairman of the State Patent Committee of the Republic of Belarus,
2001-2004 – a general director of the National Center of Intellectual Property.
Today he is a head of the chair of economy and production management of the Minsk Institute of Management.
He has 130 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 13 methodical training aids, and 54 scientific articles. An author of 3 inventions.
A leader of the project of the state program of applied fundamental research studies in the field of natural, technical, humanitarian and social sciences for 2006-2010 under the name of «Economic and law-organizing mechanisms of management of intellectual property as a source of innovation economy development of the Republic of Belarus».
