Legal Adviser
Doctor of Law

The main scope of activity: Advises on the issues of registration and protection of intellectual property rights both in the Republic of Belarus and abroad. She is also engaged in preparation of license contracts, claim letters, petitions, and appeals from some decisions of the Board of Appeal. Participates in research engineering devoted to perfection of civil legislation (particularly in the field of intellectual property).

Speaks English.

Education: In 2002 graduated with honors from the Belarusian State University, faculty of law, and studied at the daily post-graduate course, chair of civil law of the Belarusian State University.

Has been working for LLC «LexPatent» since May 2002. Has the Certificate of WIPO «Copyright and Related Rights».

In 2006 defended a thesis in order to win an academic degree of Doctor of Law. She also has a number of publications the main theme of which is civil law.
