According to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus an invention in any area of techniques is granted a legal protection if it is related to a product or a method, is new, has an inventive step and is industrially applicable. The scope of the legal protection granted by a patent for an invention, is defined by the patent claims.

On the basis of your creations and in view of your wishes the patent attorneys of Lexpatent will carry out a necessary procedure to obtain a patent of the Republic of Belarus for an invention. The list of our services includes:

• development of a strategy of obtaining, realizing and protecting the rights to the given creation work,
• carrying out of a patent search,
• drafting of patent specification and claims,
